Brazilian Jiujitsu

The art that revolutionized combat sports!

MMA took the world by storm, but in 1993 Brazilian Jiujitsu dominated every competitor with ease. Fast forward to today and EVERY athlete has Jiujitsu integrated into his skill set and most UFC champions are black belts!

Our team of Brazilian Jiujitsu Black Belts have been involved in the art for 20+ years. We teach a very technical style and have produced a number of impressive competitors.

Beginners learn a variety of self defense oriented techniques designed to help a smaller, weaker person defeat a larger, more athletic and aggressive opponent. As you advance through the ranks you will also learn a number of Judo throws, hundreds of submissions, and an incredible array of sweeps, escapes and techniques to control your opponent.

Join us to learn this amazing art today!

-Learn the worlds greatest self defense

-Get fit while learning a skill

-Compete in tournaments [optional]

-Train with world class coaches

-Join an incredible community of Martial Artists

Not only are grappling classes great fun, they are an amazing workout. Many people who can't stand traditional fitness activities, or sports in general, find grappling to be an incredibly immersive mental exercise that has the added bonus of being an incredible workout.

FAQ:

1. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes, all of our classes are designed with a progressive development philosophy. You will be grouped with people who will help you grow, not hinder you and you will be taught tecniques that you can handle at your level.

2. Do I have to compete?

Absolutely not, the majority of people train for fun or fitness, not to compete. In our experience most people will end up competing at least once when they are ready.

3. Do I have to buy gear?

Eventually yes. But until then [such as during your trial] we have gear for you to take class with. Once you decide to buy your own gear you will find the cost to be a minimal investment.
