We hosted Skyler Cummings, a 14 time national Judo champion, for the fourth time this past week. She shared with us a diverse set up system for 3 of the most popular throws in the sport. Judo is an excellent compliment for BJJ and the clinic easily leveled everyone up! This clinic, like all seminars that we host, is available for free in our online portal. This resource provides dozens of high quality instructional to our students for no extra cost.
