Guest class with Johnny Lopez

Haven't seen this guy since the lockdowns so I was super happy to invite him down to run a guest class on striking for MMA. We always try to bring in the best guys and Johnny not only has years of experience in fighting MMA professionally but also has been teaching kids for almost as long. If you don't already know, people who teach kids are often the best communicators of technique! Don't worry, it won't be nearly as long before his next visit!
