We finally finished our guest instructor month with an awesome set of guests for the final week.
Our 3rd degree black belt, professor Adam Laudano, share his favorite approaches to dealing with the low knee shield.
Retired Professional Bellator fighter, and BJJ black belt, Johnny Lopez, share his favorite leg locks with us. These included the Aoki Lock and Estima Lock.
Finally we finished with a fun MuyThai session with our good friend Adel Lolic, covering all sorts of elbows and counter fighting.
