Guest Instructors week 2

Our second week of Guest instructor month continues!

Monday was scissor sweep combos and lacing passes with Professor Chris Rowan.

Tuesday was Escapes from various positions with Professor Rob Magao.

Wednesday was a double hitter with back to back sessions. Guillotines with Pro Fighter Justin Valentin and Striking concepts with Sifu Russell Leak.

We finished the week working on Lasso guard with Professor Rafeal Quinnones.
