Jimmy gets his first win

Real proud moment, my long time friend Jimmy finally notched the first win in his belt. This is a long time coming and more then deserved for all the hard work he's put in preparing.

Connecticut Corona Virus Shutdown

As per the state mandate we, along with all other gyms, must suspend all operations until further notice. While we hope that this is a short term thing, it may last for some time. We have taken the st
